modl.one is not a licensed surveyor. Our maps, models and measurements are not land surveys and must not be used to establish property boundaries or legal descriptions.
modl.one (Modeling On Demand Logistics) is not a licensed professional surveyor and mapper and does not offer or perform surveying and mapping services as defined in Chapter 472, Florida Statutes, or under the laws of any other state. No deliverable from modl.one is signed, sealed or certified by a licensed surveyor.
Our deliverables, including 3D models, orthophotos, surface and elevation models, measurements, area and volume estimates, coordinates and plant health maps, are provided for visualization, marketing, planning and general informational purposes only. They are not boundary surveys, topographic surveys, elevation certificates, construction layouts or legal descriptions. They must not be relied upon to determine property lines, easements, setbacks, encroachments, acreage, flood elevations, or for any other purpose that requires a survey by a licensed professional. For those needs, hire a licensed professional surveyor and mapper in your state.
Measurements, elevations, positions and other values in our deliverables are approximate. Their accuracy depends on equipment, GPS conditions, weather, lighting, vegetation, site access and processing methods, and may vary across a single project. modl.one makes no representation or warranty that any deliverable meets a particular accuracy standard unless that standard is agreed to in writing before the project begins.
NDVI, VARI and similar vegetation indices show relative differences in imagery. They are not a diagnosis of plant disease, pests, soil conditions or crop yield, and are not agronomic, environmental or engineering advice. Confirm conditions on the ground and consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on these maps.
Flights are conducted in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and local regulations. modl.one may postpone, modify or cancel a flight because of weather, airspace restrictions, safety concerns or site conditions, and may decline any flight it believes to be unsafe or unlawful. Clients are responsible for confirming they have the right to authorize capture of the property.
Except as expressly agreed in writing, all deliverables and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, modl.one's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that project, and modl.one is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including losses arising from reliance on deliverables for purposes described above as excluded.
Once paid in full, clients may use delivered photos, video, models and maps for personal or commercial purposes, including websites and social media. modl.one may use project imagery in its portfolio unless the client asks otherwise in writing.
Information on this site, including pricing and service descriptions, is provided for general information and may change without notice. It does not create a contract; project terms are confirmed in your quote or agreement.
