Alex Currie

Founder

Alex is a geospatial professional based in Panama City, Florida. He holds a Master of Science in Geospatial Information Technology from Delta State University and a bachelor's degree from Liberty University.

He works as a GIS analyst. Before that, he spent three years as a surveying technician with Dewberry, and he started his career as an outside plant (OSP) technician with Icon Consulting & Design. While finishing his master's, he also worked as a graduate assistant at Delta State.

modl.one brings that mix of field data collection and GIS analysis to real estate, land and property projects. Alex leads flight planning and data capture, and processes drone and ground imagery into 3D models, orthophotos, surface models and plant health maps.

Chloe Currie

Engineer

Chloe is a mechanical engineer based in Panama City, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering, after starting her engineering studies at Gulf Coast State College.

She works as an engineer. Before that, she was an Engineering Analyst at Kimley-Horn, where she earned a stormwater management certification, and she completed a Naval Research Enterprise Internship (NREIP) as a mechanical engineering intern at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division. As a technician in Florida State University Panama City's Digital Design Studio, she worked hands-on with 3D printing and digital design.

At modl.one, Chloe brings an engineer's eye for detail, CAD and 3D design experience, and a background in site and stormwater work to every project.
